We are currently looking for a smart, thoughtful Junior Digital Media Advertiser. Your role will be to ensure the creation, execution, and optimization of digital media advertising strategies for our clients. We are a high-performance agency with a strong focus on delivering tangible ROAS - whether through lead gen, ecommerce or other types of campaigns.

You will be a key part of a tight-knit team of experts, all working in their specialized domains, to deliver high-quality, effective marketing strategies. Wed like to hear from passionate applicants with varying levels of experience. Our team environment has produced some of the best digital marketers in Western Canada, and we pride ourselves on providing ample opportunity to learn and grow within the company and the broader industry.

Requirements:
A strong analytical thinker
Set on becoming a Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads Certified Digital Marketer
Passionate about digital marketing
Dedicated to lifelong learning
A self-starter who keeps a finger on the pulse of the digital marketing world, and upskills and educates themselves on any changes and/or new trends as they emerge
Excited to learn more about building, launching and optimizing social media marketing campaigns
Ready to become a digital ads metrics wizard with intimate knowledge of how ad metrics
Legally entitled to work in Canada
