Office Manager (Administrator/Bookkeeping/Service Scheduling)
Full Time or Part Time- This position can be tailored to suit the applicants' lifestyle. We require a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, or up to a maximum of 40 hours per week depending on responsibilities. Please indicate your preferred schedule.
Sthamann Homes is a custom residential home building company in Regina for the past 43 years. We are seeking a hardworking individual for an Office Manager position to fulfill the bookkeeping, service scheduling, and administrative needs of the company.
Responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping- journal entry into Quickbooks, fulfilling month-end procedures, managing accounts payable, preparing estimates and other monthly statements, filing GST remittances, and bank reconciliation
Service Scheduling- organizing service appointments, tracking completed service, and following up with customers
Administrative Tasks- reception, correspondence, filing, organizing, and ordering office supplies
You will work as a team along with our sales, management, and construction staff.
