We are looking for a Retail Store Manager. At Zak's, the customer comes first! The scope of work will include managing all aspects of the retail store. Some of the specific duties are below:
- Customer service
- Fostering company culture
- Staff involved in hiring, scheduling, and employee growth
- Oversee day to day operations of the store to include:
o Store project planning and execution
o Oversee movement of product (purchasing, receiving, store transfers, and customer deliveries)
o Coordinate with admin staff
o Store building and fixtures maintenance
o Procedures
o Manage the profitability of the store

At Zaks we work as a team. The Store Manager will be responsible to the Retail Manager and Owners of Zaks Building Group. The Retail Manager and Owners are involved in the business daily and are here to work along with the Store Manager to be successful!
