We are currently seeking a full-time Food service supervisor to join our amazing Second cup team located at the 2101 E Quance Street #1000,Regina.

The right candidate will be available to work Full-time and weekend shifts vary between 6 am-10:30 pm.
We will be flexible on scheduling for the right candidate.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in food & retail is required
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent written and communication skills
4. Strong leadership qualities and professional high-energy
5. work experience (restaurant, supervisor 1-2years)

Job Description:
1. Address customers' complaints or concerns
2. Recruit, train and supervise staff, train
3. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
4. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
5. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
6. Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
