Facility: St Pauls Hospital
Job Description: The clinical coordinator, under the direction of the manager is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is acheived by the coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, assisting with staff scheduling and identifying supply and equipment needs.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Current CPR Certification
Experience
Minimum of five years recent acute care nursing experience, three of which must be in a specific clinical area working with cardiac monitoring and observation trained nursing.
