Avenue Restaurant is searching for a dynamic individual that is passionate about food and gastronomy for a full-time sous chef position.
Working with the head chef the sous will have some input into menu items, be charged with maintaining staff standards and practices as well as finishing daily mise en place and working service.
The job will include; tip-out, staff meal and be from Tuesday to Saturday, working evenings.
