Understands all menu items and ongoing deals thoroughly as well as successfully explains to the customers.
Records the order on Point-of-Sale system to compute the amount of the bill and collects payment from customers and makes change where needed.
Responsible for all Cash-In Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, closing inventory, during the shift.
Prepares the food according to the recipe as per PizzaHut standards.
Ensures if sufficient supply is available on each station and restocks if needed.
Deploys all employees to each station, assigns duties and supervises them throughout the shift.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Assigns all necessary coaching module to all employees as per PizzaHut Learning Zone.
Maintain and records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage in operational diary.
