Job Description: As a member of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Community Mental Health Nurse is an intergral part of the multidiscplinary team providing intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness and substance abuse issues.  These services are provided within an idividual and group context.  Responsibilites include intensive case management, medication management, crisis intervention counselling, goal planning, consultation to community agencies, group/community education, student mentoring, documentation, client/family and public education, and mental health promotion.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years experience as a nurse in a Mental Health setting within the previous five (5) years.
