Restorex Disaster Restoration provides property restoration for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We specialize in emergency services for water, fire, and smoke restoration. We are now hiring a Flooring Consultant & Co-ordinator within our Construction Division and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work to join our Regina team.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Generate replacement flooring estimates and invoices for insurance claims.
Assist customers with the selection of floor coverings, and other products such as, paint, lighting.
Order product from suppliers, receive and manage all flooring stock.
Unload flooring products from freight trucks
Co-ordinate install of flooring with Rebuild Division, installers, and clients.
Assist in Collection of amounts owing for deductibles, and other receivables.
Ensure company policies and procedures, including health and safety, are being followed.
Directly report to Construction Manager
Knowledge and Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills, and professionalism
Must possess positive demeaner with conflict resolution.
Strong willingness to learn
General knowledge of flooring, decorating, and construction an asset.
Computer skills (Email, Spreadsheets, Data Entry, etc)
Experience in sales an asset
Ability to work independently, be organized, and motivated
Possess problem solving skills
Ability to operate forklift. (Training can be provided)
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license and be bondable
Provide a criminal record check and drivers abstract
