Full time Front Desk Agent
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work evenings 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
- Comfortable working with computers
- Possess good communication and telephone skills
- Comfortable working alone
- Ability to handle situations of conflict
DUTIES:
- Answer telephone, take reservations
- Check in & check out guests
- Process reservations by telephone, email, and online channels
- Communicate with all departments on a daily basis
- Respond too and assist guests
- Handle cash and credit card payments
