You have 1-3 years of experience, including some supervisory or leadership experience.You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do. What you will do:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the C-Store Manager in the overall operation of the C-Store location.
- You will oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety and asset protection.
- Provide leadership to the team, including goal setting and performance management, training and orientation of team members
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations through the proper handling of questions, comments and complaints.
- Perform and follow all aspects of cash handling policies and procedures.
- Oversee ordering and receiving, verify invoices, returns transfers, claims and proper storage of products.
- Assist with scheduling.
- Perform all aspects of opening and closing duties.
