Position: Food Service Supervisor & Number of Positions: 1
Benefits: Start Extended medical benefits after 3 months of employment
Immediate Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position

We strive to deliver to our customers the best food on the market in a modern environment, personalized and professional customer. we are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to ensure smooth operations of our restaurant during his/her shift. You will need to lead your team of cooks and servers to meet our customers expectations.

Work location: 919 7th St E, Perdue, Saskatchewan, Canada, S7H 0Y5

Job Duties and Responsibilities: -
Supervise, motivate and train your team members on an assigned shift.
Provide positive recognition and corrective coaching when appropriate.
Ensure your team members provide the highest level of customer service possible.
Understand customers dietary needs, which is important
Initiate necessary actions to correct customer complaints.
Always maintain courteous interaction with customers.
Assist team members with placing, reviewing and delivering customer orders.
Assign team members to workstations and for scheduled breaks.
Assist by relieving team members during break to companys sanitation policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain all product/supply levels and notify management when levels are low.
Ensure food preparation equipment is always in good working condition and notify management. immediately when equipment requires repair. Train of new employees.

Professional Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a food service supervisor and have experience with the above duties.
- No specific education required
