Responsible for outlet operation, supervising food according to the menu standard and specification
Ensure to maintain high level of restaurant standards.
Assign and supervise activity to staff.

Assist management to establish work procedures.
Fast paced environment and work under pressure.
Order food and non-food supplies, checks deliveries and maintains inventory records.
Resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overall restaurant operations
Take daily briefing before operation starts, assign duties to the staff, supervise them for smooth restaurant operation
Follow and execute all company policies and procedures
