This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting the clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure the accounting assignments are completed in timely manners.

Job Responsibilities;

Perform account payable and receivable functions such as processing payments, invoicing, deposits, etc.
Prepare & maintain payroll and related government remittances/filings for clients.
Prepare tax returns and perform bookkeeping duties such as account reconciliation including cash and Bank, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, and intercompany.
Examine payments received and deposits made by clients.
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and following accounting policies and procedures.
Fill and submit clients T4s, T5s, and workers compensation returns yearly for owner-managed businesses.
Assist with compilation, bookkeeping, and tax engagements.
Effective communication with clients, and government agencies regarding information requests, assessments, and installment.
Prepare financials and other management reports.
Completion of additional projects or related duties as required.
