Description

Main duties:
Supervise on site project, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers. Including: bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tilesetting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties, as well as workers who repair a wide variety of products, such as musical instruments, sports equipment, vending machines, bicycles and cameras
Provide training for workers in job duties, safety and company policies
Establish efficient method to communicate and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
Create and submit reports on site progress, and upcoming milestones
Resolve work problems and recommend actions to improve productivity and product quality while maintain safe working environment
Recommend  and recognize valuable workers for hiring, rewards, and promotions
Extra traveling is expected depend on site condition and location.
May also supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers.
