Seasoned Fusion Tastes is seeking a hardworking, organized and reliable person to join our team as the Kitchen Helper as our operation be expanding! We are excited to discuss the job detail with you in an interview!

Job duties:
- Excellent comprehension of kitchen operation
- Prepare ingredients of each dish on the menu using the proven recipes
- Properly cut, peel, slice, and trim food items using manual or electronic tools
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including stoves, shelves, walls, oven, and refrigeration equipment
- Ability to use deep fryer, grill, stove, oven, and other kitchen equipments
- Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to supervisor
- Maintain inventory and record of food and supplies; inform supervisor with food shortage
- Work with a team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed
- Ensure the freshness of dishes/ingredients and rotate ingredients on a regular basis according to the first-come-first-out method
- Prepare Seasoned Fusion Tastes special vegan dishes and ensure no contamination
- Perform other related kitchen duties as assigned
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Understand various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Requirement:
- Experience in the industry is an asset
- Some post-secondary education is preferred
