Victoria Square is operating an indoor mini-golf course that is perfect for a family outing!
We are looking for Staffs that are vital to ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience during their visit. This position requires excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFTS INCLUDING WEEKEND, EVENING AND HOLIDAYS.
As part of our team, your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure the safety and integrity of the production are aligned with standards.
Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, & presentable.
Ensure quality, customer service and health and safety are met consistently
Provide world class customer service to our guests, facilitating guest feedback and resolve /report concerns to relevant management as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Fluency in English required.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
Comfortability working in an outdoor environment
Ability to perform repetitive motions for long periods of time
*All qualified candidates must pass a criminal background and vulnerable sector check. You must be able to commit at least 20 hours per week (5 shifts of 4-5 hours per shift)
Expected Start Date: ASAP

Salary: From $13.00 per hour
