Action Restoration Services is a local emergency mitigation and rebuild company in Humboldt, Sk. Our qualified TEAM serves our clients by helping them through their stressful water or fire damage situation. We do this by building trusting relationships and applying our many years of experience backed by specialized training in water and fire damage cleanups and repairs. Our aim is to get the home or business back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible while maintaining excellent quality workmanship.

We are hiring a Junior Project Manager. Someone who wants to put their skills to use to become a fulltime Project Manager. You start off by becoming the best estimator by taking the training to use the industry approved estimating program to produce the required estimates for each project. If you can manage to do this efficiently and proficiently, then we can advance you to do more of the communicating with the clients and supervisors of the projects. Eventually you will be running the projects from start to finish. Estimates usually required on projects are emergency and rebuild estimates and sometimes a content estimate may be needed.

This is why it is essential that you have experience with computer technology to navigate the process in the program. The program is easy to learn with the training and time spent in the program doing the estimates.

Other skills we prefer you to have is some construction/renovation experience so that you understand the processes of the emergency work to be done and be able to put it back again in the rebuild estimates. Must have great communication skills with the ability to have the important conversations with the managers, colleagues, and clients.
