Ultra Shine Auto salon is a one-stop car detail salon, which is located at 834 45 St E#10, Saskatoon, SK. We are currently recruiting a service sales supervisor to join our management team.
Full time permanent position
Hourly rate: 25.00 per hour
Report to: General manager
Job location: Saskatoon, SK
Service supervisor Job Descriptions:
1. Supervise and co-ordinate sales and service staff and cashiers
2. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3. Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
4. Sell Car polishing and cleaning products to customers
5. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
6. Maintain specified inventory and order car protection merchandise
7. Prepare reports regarding service sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8. Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Requirement:
At least high school graduates
At least one-year sale supervisor experience.
