If you are confident in your skills as a CNC Saw technician or metal fabrication laborer, I have a great opportunity for you to join our dynamic team! You will run saws to cut material to precise manufacturing specifications! The Saw Operator is responsible for the setup and operation in a production environment. Operate equipment and produce output safely and efficiently according to established specifications and procedures.

Saw Operator Responsibilities:
-Operate 3 large industrial saw's.
-Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
-Pull, inspect and verify product before processing.
-Properly and safely set up equipment to run material.
-Process set up notes according to work order specifications.
-Verify that product meets set up note specifications per written work instructions and record measurements (sampling plan).
-Perform equipment preventive maintenance.
-Properly enter/delete material identification tags per written instructions.
-Perform general clean-up.
-Assist in the packaging of material per written work instructions and work order.
-Maintain issued measurement equipment in working condition.
-Maintain Raw Material organization and Inventory.
-Load and Unload Shipments.
-Identify, record, and segregate scrap and any non-conforming material.

Saw Operator Requirements:
-Forklift experience.
-Experience using calipers.
-Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
-Experience with a metal saw is a plus.
-CNC experience is a plus.
