Turtleford & District Co-op is hiring an Agronomist in Turtleford, SK.
What youll do:
Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Sales Agronomist will be responsible for consulting with and providing agronomic support, services, leading knowledge and appropriate recommendations to our valued growers and customers in the Turtleford and Maidstone areas through;
Development/maintenance and administration of a farm contact program with present and prospective customers, promoting the services and product lines available at Turtleford Coop.
Meeting set sales and margin budgets
Being responsible for the safe handling, receiving, storage and administration of crop protection products.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
You have a degree or diploma in Agriculture or Agribusiness
You have professional certifications (CCA,PAg)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an agriculture-related field(retail, fertility, crop protection)
A valid Class 5 Drivers License
Strong agricultural background in sales, account management and agronomy.
Crop planning and scouting agronomy experience.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
