Motel 6 (Northernlites) is looking for a Hotel Managing Supervisor in our location.

Employment Condition: Full-Time, Permanent
Work hours: 30-40 hours
Wage: $24
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as a Hotel Managing Supervisor or similar role as a Supervisor
Education: Secondary diploma required and college diploma in hospitality preferred
Overtime: After 40 hours of work per week at a rate of 1.5 times the regular wage
Vacation: Entitled to 5.77% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and hotel policies
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with owner
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work of hotel staff
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
