Job requirements:
- 1-2 years of food service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
- Language: English
- Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Main Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Participates in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- Plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours/week
Start Date: As soon as possible
