Description

** Majority of the recruitment will occur within the second quarter of the calendar year until a full staff complement has been reached; however, applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Throughout the year, there may be a requirement to recruit additional staff dependent on operational and programming needs. ** Applicants who have previously applied, need not apply again.

This position provides opportunities to perform planning, delivery and evaluation of diverse and inclusive sport, culture and recreation activities as well as preparing facilities, set up and take down of equipment, and supervising the facility for scheduled bookings, programs, and special events within the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department for various branches which include:

Community & Cultural Development
Community & Recreation Programs
Sports Facilities & Special Events
Community Wellbeing
Planning & Partnerships

This position may require working non-standard hours, including weekends depending on operational and programming needs.
