Our client, an innovative and industry-leading industrial distribution and service company, has partnered with Aplin in search of a solutions-based Outside Industrial Sales Representative based in Regina for a hybrid role. The client provides a complete and single source of distribution to the industrial, government, and commercial markets.
The Role:
Developing industrial clients
Identifying new opportunities while growing sales to meet and exceed defined targets
Promoting all product lines
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new accounts, including plant or facility executives
Problem-solve with the client to ensure they understand the full line of products available
Must Haves:
At least two years in an industrial outside sales role, with preference given to those with MRO experience
Ability to work and develop a territory with an entrepreneurial spirit
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Passion for learning
Ability to multitask with a strong work ethic
Highly organized
Valid driver's license and clean abstract
Nice to Have:
Industrial or technical background
Industry contacts in the agriculture, mining, and manufacturing spaces
