Telehealth Network Analyst Role
eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, results-oriented individual who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technology issues and applications that have the potential to impact patient care. This is an integral role in our chain of care, and we are looking for a troubleshooter who takes pride in strong customer service.
Reporting to the Virtual Care Program, you will be primarily responsible for the management and technical support of eHealth's Telehealth, Clinical Video Conferencing and Remote Patient Monitoring solutions within the Virtual Care Program. Provide real-time network support for Telehealth service (ensuring network connectivity and issues affecting conference quality). Monitoring for packet loss, checking for duplex mismatches, evaluating CNET circuit bandwidth real-time. Configuring switch ports for Telehealth VLANs in EHS managed switches. Network setup for new Telehealth sites, subnet and IP allocation.
You must be willing to participate in the on-call 24/7 support strategy. This requires a rotation of support analysts to be available to respond to priority emergency Priority 1 service disruptions after hours.
