Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling activities of workers.
Engaged in running the cash registers and customer service.
Provide a high level of customer service in productive and efficient manner.
Responsible in giving training to new employees along with supervising staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Evaluate on-the-job performance for the BGFuels employees as per the criteria.
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised as per BGFuels promotions.
Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning on BGFuels website.
Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions as per BGFuels policies.
