The Membership Sales and Service Representative is part of a team that ensures all aspects of sales and customer service are met and/or exceeded. The Membership Sales and Service team ensures all members and potential members receive excellent service and accurate information, leading to an improved experience as a member of the Centre.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Duties related to selling YMCA memberships and providing after sales service to our valued members
* Conducting facility tours and orienting members to the facilities
* Following up on sales leads from guest passes, day passes and online prospects
* Registering members for activities, lessons, and other programs
* Membership staff are accountable for ensuring that members are provided a safe and inclusive space
* Membership staff are the face of our organization, they must be knowledgeable with regards to all YMCA programs and services and use sales techniques to encourage participation, and drive the growth of our organization

Job Requirements:
* Preference will be given to candidates who have previous sales experience
* Experience working with the public in a fast-paced environment
* Current Standard First Aid and CPR/ AED (Level C) or be working toward certification
* Criminal Record Check (CRC), dated within 3 months of hire

The YMCA of Regina operates between the hours of 5:30am-10:00pm Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:0pm on weekends and 9:00am-5:00pm on holidays. Please state your availability in your application.
