Trig Energy Services is looking for qualified EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONDERS to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Trig Energy is a locally owned company based in EDAM, Saskatchewan.

Position Summary
Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls while maintaining high level patient care and service.
Conduct a thorough examination of the patient and look for signs and symptoms of injury or illness.
Working knowledge of legislation and protocols.
Perform first aid and required medical procedures as covered by the policies and procedures of Trig Energy Services.
Assist emergency medical technicians in accidents and emergencies.
Monitor patients for changes, and review and revise plans accordingly.
Keep emergency vehicles clean at all times and ready for emergencies.
Keep medical supplies stocked in emergency vehicles.
Provide accurate and detailed reports following each incident/transport.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
Registration as an Emergency Medical Responder with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
H2S Alive (preferred)
CPR - Health Care Provider (HCP) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
Class 5 (or equivalent) Driver's License; abstract required
Criminal record clearance
Common Safety Orientation (CSO) (Preferred)
One year or more EMR experience considered an asset
One year or more experience in Oilfield preferred (but not essential)
