Canbuild development Ltd is a new home builder based in Saskatoon, SK. Our services include custom homes with unlimited possibilities, crafted to customer's individual taste. Besides, we are also offering renovation service to the new or existing homes.
Currently, we are recruiting a permanent full-time bookkeeper to join our management team.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using QuickBooks system
- Conduct reconcile and balance all accounts for different construction projects by using QuickBooks accounting system.
- Produce monthly financial summaries and reports, maintain, and balance the general ledger, and present financial information for management review.
- Process monthly payroll calculation and prepare the cheques for employees.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, Contractors forms, workers' compensation forms and other government documents
- Prepare tax return documents according to our Accountants request lists
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
At least one year bookkeeper job experience required. We are expecting that the candidate is a detail-oriented person, possesses the skills, knowledge and experience required.
