Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to the product design team
Build and maintain frameworks for career advancement and develop bespoke progression plans for individual contributors
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of design team members
Assess employee experience metrics to inform workplace improvement strategies
Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, lead sessions, and drive meetings
Monitor R&D processes in an effort to drive efficiency and best practices
Promote user-centered outcomes as key performance indicators
Understand the business context of the company's product development initiatives
Help bridge communication gaps between the business and teams
Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to manage risk and maintain alignment
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide status updates

Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Product Design operating as an individual contributor, with an additional 2+ years experience in a management or leadership role
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and coaching designers
Proficiency in agile design processes and strategies
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A benefit mindset that values the interdependencies across people and teams
