Essential Job Functions
1. Ensure that Schulte meets the requirements for Quality
2. Accountable for the effectiveness of the Quality at Schulte
3. Provide support and leadership to improve measurement and communication processes in regards to Quality company wide
4. Provide coaching, support and every day direction to Quality staff
5. Conduct regular quality audits and submit reports to the appropriate managers
6. Ensure the ISO 9001 QA System is implemented, maintained, and the standards of practice are met
7. Perform Quality inspections and Improvement Initiatives
8. Act as a Quality Resource
9. Manage the successful completion of external audits when required
10. Maintain current knowledge of ISO 9001
11. Speak at public events as required
12. Attend conferences when directed
13. Maintains a dotted line reporting relationship to the Production Manager
14. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of corporate ISO Procedures and Processes
