- Preparing meals and snacks according to production sheets, recipes and other menu document as provided.
- Monitoring quality of food supplies received and advises team leader of problems and makes recommendations about corrective action.
- Oversee kitchen operations. Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
- plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
- Training of new team members.
