Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Ensure that all proper systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria
Estimate and order store supplies and maintain adequate level of inventory.
Making sure store meets safety and sanitation guidelines by ability to delegate and ensure all cleaning and secondary duties are complete
Responds to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problem and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained in the cafeteria
Consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total customer satisfaction. Models and creates an environment in which the customer is always right and ensures a positive customer service experience..
Train staff through orientation, ongoing feedback, the establishment of performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
Expected to exercise good judgment and decision making and reporting issues to the owner.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by owner.
Ensuring that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed.
May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labor costs.
Responsible for opening and closing the store.
