We are currently seeking an Entry Level Lean Practitioner to join our team at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. This role will be responsible for leading or assisting Kaizen projects and for the training and coaching of teams on lean concepts to optimize our processes.  

The Qualified Candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Adept at IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience with applying Lean principles, processes, and tools.
3+ years of teaching and coaching continuous improvement tools and principles.
3-5 years in an operations role (such as Continuous Improvement, Production, or Quality).
Strong communication skills.
Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
