Elevation Ag Services is an independent agricultural retail located 13km west of Radisson SK, on Highway 16. Our goal at Elevation Ag is to provide service to our customers that is second to none. What you will do:
Responsible for plant operations including dry fertilizer unloading, blending, and loading
Primary contact for the loading, delivery, and handling of anhydrous ammonia
Perform facility operations such as receiving, delivering, and shipping agricultural products
Assist Facility Supervisor in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility yard and equipment
Provide high attention to detail while maintaining accurate records
Work in compliance with all safety, environmental and operating standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Complete all necessary training required of the position
Other duties as assigned
Ideal candidate will have:
Valid Class 1A License
Experience with transport and handling of anhydrous ammonia
Agricultural background
Ability to work outdoors in a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions while performing physical job duties
Previous equipment operation (i.e. forklift) and maintenance experience
Willingness to get the job done during peak season by working extended hours as needed
