Job Description: Position based out of Kliniek on Main with supporting service 2day/week to Central Butte New Horizon's PHC.  On-site services to Crescent View Clinic as required.

Registered Nurse - Nurse Practitioner Program
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)

Field hours

Position requires RN (NP) Primary Care Specialization (able to provide care to all ages); This is a multi-site position
Successful candidates external to SHA are responsible to obtain and provide an original Criminal Record Check (CRC) & Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) from their local police service, RCMP or previous country/countries of residence that is dated within the past six (6) months that is satisfactory to the Saskatchewan Health Authority
Geographic Location: Moose Jaw & Central Butte
Expected Start Date: December 4, 2022
Expected Up To Date: May 1, 2023
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends
112.00 hours per 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
