Role- The Retail Sales Supervisor is generally responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store .
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise 4-5 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, Standing for extended periods
Personal Suitability:
Reliability, Team player, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills
Additional Skills:
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, Establish work schedules

Specific Skills:
Maintain inventory evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit- margins
Maintain health and safety measures and store cleanliness
Organize and distribute staff schedules
Prepare reports on sales volumes and inventory management
Handle customer requests, questions, issues complaints and supply shortages
Monitor shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the company's standards
Investigate market trends and offer products that would appeal to customers
Provide guidance and supervision for store Staff Members
Requirements -
Must have retail sales experience as a salesman, clerk, or cashier.
Secondary school is required.
