Tired of Corporate uncertainty, need to gain control of your future and career, Sterling Truck and Trailer Sales Ltd is a locally owned Heavy and Medium Duty Truck and Trailer dealer celebrating our 50th anniversary with 4 locations across Saskatchewan plus a collision repair facility. Sterling Truck and Trailer Sales has a new opening for a Service Advisor/Co-ordinator at our Lloydminster branch.  This position includes, opening and closing repair orders, working with technicians to confirm status of repairs. Serve customers in a manner that ensures our customers' expectations are met or exceeded.
Identify additional service work and effectively communicate to customers.
Review, explain, and monitor repair process to ensure clients are up-to-date on the status of their repairs.  We are looking for an energetic, ambitious individual who possesses excellent communication skills and is driven to succeed and provide excellent customer service. Previous experience in the Truck/Transport field and knowledge of CDK operating system and Volvo Heavy Trucks would be advantageous.
