Job Duties:
Manage staff and assign duties
Selling coaching and memberships
Overseeing coaching sessions
Ensuring the club is meeting Weekly/Monthly sales goals
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Maintaining the day to day upkeep of the facility
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Organize and maintain inventory
Providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintaining social media, engagement, and community involvement
Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school.
At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
