Due to a scheduled leave of the incumbent, Horizon School Division requires a full-time (1.0 FTE) Occupational Therapist (OT) reporting to the Superintendent of Inclusive Education. This temporary position will commence as soon as possible and end on June 30, 2024. Location and school assignments will be determined at a later date.
Salary and benefits are per the current CUPE #4799 Agreement. The hours of work and schedule will be determined by the Superintendent of Inclusive Education.
Duties:
Through a referral process, assess and provide Occupation Therapy programming needs for students from Horizon schools.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy
Minimum one year experience and demonstrated success in providing occupational therapy to students
Sensory training would be a definite asset
