LDP is looking to hire a new individual thats willing to grow with the company. Winter work consists of new construction shingling, siding, framing as well as snow removal. Winter work is speratic some weeks you will be expected to work 40-60 hours while other weeks there wont be any work at all. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.
