Job Description: UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE COMMUNITY CARE MANAGER, THE HOME CARE NURSE PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, REHABILITATIVE, AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF THE CLIENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICY.  THE HOME CARE NURSE IS IN CHARGE OF NURSING ASSESSMENT AND DELIVERY FOR CLIENTS.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license

224 hours of work in a 6 week rotation.

The successful candidate must provide a satisfactory & valid Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector query before an Offer of Employment can be made.
