G-Mac's AgTeam is growing our team, and we are looking to fill the full-time, permanent role of Distribution Facility Manager for our fertilizer distribution facility in Brock, SK. In this role, you will support operations by ensuring proper fertilizer logistics and overseeing all management functions of the fertilizer warehouse including the day-to-day operations, leading and coaching a team of staff, and coordinating weekly, monthly and yearly safety and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5 years in fertilizer retail preferred
Previous experience in rail/truck freight logistics
Knowledge of agricultural fertilizer products and applications
Ability to recognize mechanical issues and conduct basic repairs
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
