The Administrative Office Support is responsible for maintaining a warm and welcoming environment at the reception desk. The Administrative Office Support will have a background in customer service, is well organized, and thrives in a busy office environment. They will be an integral part of supporting the needs of the organization, providing excellent customer service, and executing tasks to support the overall function of YWCA Regina.
Reporting to the Business Office Manager, the Administrative Office Support will be responsible for helping maintain an efficient business office, program support, and association administrative function.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and customer service;
Taking payments using a P.O.S. system and processing an accurate cash out;
Keeping up to date with the dynamic nature of YWCA Regina programming;
Program registrations;
Reception work including phone and switchboard, visitor navigation, and general administrative office work;
Support of the Supervised Exchange/Access Program including scheduling, reporting cancellations, phone calls, reporting, and document/file oversight.
Support of scheduled Supervised Exchange/Access at YWCA Regina and keeping accurate records
Assisting with the direction of the volunteers
Donation organization and support
Check Front Desk email and address new emails
Administrative duties as assigned by Manager
