Looking for a full time evening supervisor with a knowledge in supervising staff and willing to work under pressure.
1. Oversee both front and back of house operations, including front staff and kitchen crew.
2. Maintain high-quality food standards.
3. Oversee all employees compliance with A&W Standards and all health code and sanitation requirements.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
5. Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
6. Develop strategies for improving our customers dining experience.
