- Mentoring, coaching and training workers during the shift timing
- Foster and maintain positive work environment
- Ensuring smooth production and fulfilling shift plan
- Resolve conflicts between workers during shift hours
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, organizes opening and closing duties as assigned
- Following GBC policies and procedures, including those for cash management and ensuring proper cash flow is
followed by shift team
- Delivers excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
- Inspect equipment and communication
- Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
