- Manual Dishwashing and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
- Clean, peel, slice and trim food stuff
using manual and electric appliance
- Should know to use deep fryers and grills for fast food items
- Portion and wrap foods
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Clean and sanitize items and kitchen such as dishwashers marts, waste disposal units, work surfaces,
cupboards, storage areas, appliances
and equipment
- Perform various other activities to assist workers who prepare or serve food or beverages
