- Receiving payments from customers and processing refunds.
- Packing and wrapping foods and managing delivery orders.
- Making reservations for the customers and directing catering orders to kitchen manager.
- Ensuring the balance of the register at the end of the shift.
- Resolving customers complaints and providing relevant information.
- Helping in the kitchen when needed as per business requirement.
- Cleanliness in the dining and check out area.
- Restocking spoons, forks, straws, napkins and other supplies in dining area.
