You have:
- A diploma in Design and Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Engineering Design and Drafting Technology, or a relevant diploma
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software.  Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

A Drafting Technologist:
- Develops and prepares engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, and other data
- Operates computer-assisted design (CAD) and drafting workstations
- Completes documentation packages and produces drawing sets
- Ensures assigned portions of projects conforms to scope, schedule, and budget
- Communicates potential issues or needed changes relating to scope, budget, or schedule to the Project Coordinator
- Works with Project Delivery Office to control scope, schedule, and budget on assigned projects
- Logs projects daily, accurately, and completely in company ERP system
- Participates in company safety program and meetings
